Abstract

The present invention relates to a production process for preparing insoluble sulphur through a low temperature method, wherein ordinary industrial sulphur is adopted as a raw material, heating liquefaction, polymerization reaction, quenching, drying, crushing, extraction and oil filling are sequentially performed, the polymerization reaction is performed at a temperature of 220-300 DEG C, and stabilizers are respectively added during the polymerization reaction stage, the quenching stage, and the oil filling stage, such that the prepared insoluble sulphur has high thermal stability and high content. The process for producing the insoluble sulphur has advantages of low production equipment investment, simple process, low energy consumption, and the like.
本发明涉及一种低温法制备不溶性硫磺的生产工艺,以普通工业硫磺为原料,依次进行升温液化、聚合反应、淬火、干燥、粉碎、萃取和充油几个步骤,其中聚合反应在220~300℃条件下进行,且分别在聚合反应、淬火和充油阶段加入稳定剂,使制备出的不溶性硫磺具备高热稳定性和高含量。该工艺用于生产不溶性硫磺具有生产设备投资低、工艺简单和能耗低等优点。
