Abstract

交交桥式斩波双向调压电路属于电力电子AC/AC变换基础电路,由4个双向电子开关S1~S4及其调节控制电路组成,4个双向电子开关S1~S4连接成桥式电路,由双向电子开关S1、S2和S4组成一个同相输出的交流斩波调压电路,由双向电子开关S2、S1和S3组成另一个反相输出的交流斩波调压电路,1个交流电压输出端连接有2个主控双向电子开关S1和S2,调节控制4个双向电子开关实现输出斩波电压大小的调节和相位变换。它与广泛应用的DC/AC全桥逆变基础电路相对应,它能将输入固定交流电压转变为输出同相位或反相位可调交流斩波电压,此电压经高频LC滤波后就可获得与交流输入电压波形相同相位相同或相位相反可调交流电压,因此,它在补偿式交流稳压电源等电路电压调节中具有广泛应用价值。
The invention discloses an alternating current/alternating current bridge type chopping bidirectional voltage-regulating circuit and belongs to AC (alternating current)/AC conversion fundamental circuits of power electronics. The alternating current/alternating current bridge type chopping bidirectional voltage-regulating circuit comprises four bidirectional electronic switches S1-S4 and a regulating and control circuit, wherein the four bidirectional electronic switches S1-S4 are connected to form a bridge type circuit, the bidirectional electronic switches S1, S2 and S4 form an alternating-current chopping voltage-regulating circuit in same-phase output, the bidirectional electronic switches S2, S1 and S3 form another alternating-current chopping voltage-regulating circuit in opposite-phase output, two master control bidirectional electronic switches S1 and S2 are connected to an alternating-current voltage output end, and outputted chopping voltage size adjustment and phase conversion are achieved by regulating and controlling the four bidirectional electronic switches. The alternating current/alternating current bridge type chopping bidirectional voltage-regulating circuit has the advantages that corresponding to a widely applied DC (direct current)/AC full-bridge inversion fundamental circuit, the circuit is capable of converting inputted fixed alternating-current voltage into same-phase or opposite-phase regulatable alternating-current chopping voltage, and after the voltage is subjected to high-frequency LC (inductance-capacitance) filtering, regulatable alternating-current voltage as same as alternating-current input voltage in waveform and phase or opposite in phase can be obtained, thus, the circuit has wide application value in voltage regulation of circuits of compensation type alternating-current voltage-stabilized power sources and the like.
