Abstract

The invention relates to a horizontal limiting device for a bolt drawing machine. The problems that the horizontal adjustment of the existing bolt drawing machine is inconvenient and the like are solved. The horizontal limiting device comprises a cylinder body, wherein an empty chamber is formed inside the cylinder body; one end of the cylinder body is open and the other end of the cylinder body is closed; the open end of the cylinder body is closed through a cylinder cover; a piston rod is arranged in the cylinder body in a penetrating mode; one end of the piston rod is arranged in the cylinder cover in a penetrating mode and connected with a lifting hook; the other end of the piston rod is arranged at the closed end of the cylinder body in a penetrating mode and the closed end is connected with an installation frame; a piston body sleeves the piston rod, wherein the empty chamber can be divided into a main chamber and an auxiliary chamber through the piston body; the outer side of the cylinder body is provided with a valve seat which is provided with a piston sliding control structure; an elastic reset structure is arranged between the piston body and the cylinder cover, wherein a trend that the piston body moves towards the direction of the auxiliary chamber can be kept through the elastic reset structure. According to the horizontal limiting device for the bolt drawing machine, the structure is simple, the stability is good, the operation is easy, the horizontal inclined angle can be convenient to adjust through the bolt drawing machine, and the accuracy is high.
本发明涉及一种螺栓拉伸机水平限位装置。它解决了现有螺栓拉伸机水平调整不便等问题。包括内部具有空腔的缸体,缸体一端敞口,另一端封闭,且缸体敞口端通过缸盖封闭,缸体内穿设有活塞杆,活塞杆一端穿设于缸盖内且该端连接有吊钩,活塞杆另一端穿设于缸体封闭端且该封闭端连接有安装架,在活塞杆上套设有能将空腔分隔成主腔室与副腔室的活塞体,在缸体外侧设有阀座,阀座上设有活塞滑动控制结构,且活塞体与缸盖之间设有能使活塞体保持向副腔室方向运动趋势的弹性复位结构。本螺栓拉伸机水平限位装置的优点在于:结构简单,稳定性好,易于操作,使得螺栓拉伸机便于调整水平倾斜角度,精确性高。
